Kathleen Tatarsky

Kathleen Tatarsky received her BA from Wayne State University, a teaching certificate from Knox College, and her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Her general practice includes trial and appellate practice, probate, real estate, and labor law. She was employed as a City of Canton Assistant Law Director from 1995 to 2006 specializing in zoning, planning and community development.

In 2002, she joined the Stark County Prosecutor as an assistant prosecutor representing the State in appeals of felony criminal convictions. Her experience includes briefing and arguing cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Ohio Supreme Court and the State Court of Appeals including the Fifth District.

Kathleen is admitted to practice law in Ohio, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Kathleen is an Ohio Bar Association Certified Specialist in the practice of Appellate Law.
